I tested in multiple ways, and none worked:

orkut:xNavigateToApp>
<os:NavigateToApp>Send gift to a friend 3</os:NavigateToApp>
<orkut:NavigateToApp>Send gift to a friend 4</
orkut:NavigateToApp>
Is this not implemented in sandbox yet? Sample code here:
