Best thing is to file DMCA http://www.google.com/orkut_dmca.html if you notice your apps copied on orkut. The orkut team usually take action against the offender in case of valid DMCA. I wish though that there would be some mechanism that prevents this fraud more efficiently. It is very easy to copy an app on orkut these days.
