ya agreed it is difficult to see whether your data is refreshed on
profile view or not. Generally ?bpc=1 works append a text number 1 2 3
depending upon the version along with your profile data on your profile view
if you see new number your profile view is been refreshed. One More tip
When you upload your new xml with changes in the profile view you go to
canvas view and run your xml there with &bpc=1 parameter Since your cache is
been refreshed from canvas view you are sure that in profile view new data
would be loaded
