. . Ok, guys, this is getting serious. I tried to add an application some weeks ago (described the problem here: <http://groups.google.com/ group/opensocial-orkut/browse_thread/thread/b2da0cfe032b0129>) and couldn't get any official help. I tried to contact some Google members in pvt, but they never answered. I end up finding a silly workaround: I updated the XML, removed the validation, changed the app name slightly, renamed the app xml and submitted as a new application. 1 minute later I received the approval email, after repeteadly trying to get it for *months* with another version of the exact same application (I just renamed the xml and resubmitted and it was good to go). Some member could have told me to submit as a new app renaming the file and saved me weeks of waiting and trying again, but, ok, it is there. . . Now the app is live in the URL <http://www.orkut.com.br/ Main#Application?appId=427900930320>, but it just won't show up on any search I do in the app directory. I tried different combinations of the app name, parts of it, and got some returns from other apps, but nothing about mine. . . Is there anyone that can really help with an insight or some official word about these problems? I'm about to give up on orkut and go facebook-only. This is too uch hassle and lack of support for something that should be dead simple as submiting and app and having it listed on the directory and showing up on search results.
