You could run into this whenever your XML is not well-formed. You also wouldn't be able to submit your app without mentioning the the required Content attributes: type, description, thumbnail, screenshot, author_email. Moreover, the token string should be available where expected, that is inside the Content tag, often put inside a CDATA section.
