Your app's XML is stored at http://www.softmaxweb.kinghost.net/apps/mandinga/app001.xml, right? This URL opens a regular HTML page with an iframe pointing to http://www.criosistemas.com.br/apps/mandinga/app001.xml, the <meta> tag that it's complaining about is the one in the parent page.
I recommend you migrate your app using the form at http://sandbox.orkut.com/Main#Developer .
