Hi guides recently i got an email about problem with my applications. "The title of this app is similar to the title of an existing app." But most of them are unique name in apps directory. here is few search results.

So what to do with these name even they are unique? Again with all these emails i got "application approved" email for one application which was already approved 1 year back.
