Go to sandbox, click on your app and it will redirect to an url something
like:

http://sandbox.orkut.com/Main#Application?uid=16221122015155686667&appId=291092957065&rl=ls

<http://sandbox.orkut.com/Main#Application?uid=16221122015155686667&appId=291092957065&rl=ls>Just
grab appId and send to Bruno :-)
