Hi, We've been working a lot on AppReviewer lately and today we brought it up for live testing. It now runs not only on pending apps but also runs periodically on apps that are live.
So, if you have apps live on orkut, you may start receiving e-mails from AppReviewer alerting you of problems in your applications and saying that your application failed review. Don't panic: during this test period, live applications that fail review by AppReviewer will not be taken down because of that. But regardless, you should pay attention to the e-mail and apply the necessary corrections on your application to ensure that it will survive review when we bring AppReviewer up "for real". We have also considerably improved the messages that AppReviewer sends you, so it should now be easier to figure out what you have to fix in your application.
