What language are you using Orkut in? Applications only appear in the directory if they are compatible with the current language setting. I see your application is compatible with the locales pt-br, en-us and es-ar. If your language setting in Orkut is different from those, the application will not appear in the directory.
Settings | Profile | Country to set country Settings | General | Language to set language. I just tested your application and it worked fine for me, and I can find it in the directory normally.
