I this case you have to make external application [using php, asp or vb .net etc etc ] which will be no more related to this forum. As that application is not useful for orkut users. Its just some code which will fetch some data from orkut.com for yourself. about "legal way" just concern with content owner but you cant make it automated as per orkut tos i think read orkut tos for that.
