Hi, We've tested it a lot in our labs and we're pretty sure it will work well. The signal that triggers the check is changing the app's title (in any language). So if you don't change your title, there is no way your app will be taken down.
Question: what about existing applications that have name conflicts? They will not be checked unless they change their names. If there are existing applications with conflicting names, we have no way to decide which one is the right one, so we won't take down any of them.
