OpenSolaris PowerTOP v1.1 is released and available at the
Tesla Project's page (http://opensolaris.org/os/project/tesla)

PowerTOP is an observability tool that shows how effectively the system
is taking advantage of the CPU's power management features. The tool
allows the user to see how long the CPU is running at different power
states, and which events are causing the system to wakeup and
consequently consume more energy.

Thanks to Rafael.Vanoni's great contribution for v1.1, new features for
this version:
* Runs on xVM Server as of Solaris Nevada build 94
* Cross calls have been added to the event report
* Display all of the available processor states, resizing its subwindows
accordingly
* New option for dumping the analysis to the screen for a specified
number of times
More information can be found at powertop's webpage:

We are very glad to see PowerTOP is integrated in BeleniX 0.7.1

PowerTop is a community project developed on opensolaris.org. If you'd
