The Advocacy CG is open: http://opensolaris.org/os/community/advocacy/
The new CG represents the ongoing merger of the User Group Community, the Marketing Community, and the Immigrants Community. Content is still be moved to Advocacy, and the other communities will be closed as content is moved and URL re-directs put in place. Part of the merger involves the migration of the 53 OpenSolaris User Groups, which will all migrate to individual projects. That migration has started as well.
