To workaround the panic: 1. Download package SUNWxorg-graphics-ddx from snv_105 and extract the driver ast_drv.so. 2. Boot build 106 to single-user. 3. Start the network services (so you can copy stuff). 4. Copy the ast_drv.so.105 from step 1 to /usr/lib/X11/modules/drivers/amd64/ast_drv.so. 5.
