[osol-announce] Outage on hub.os.org - 08/26 2 pm PT

We need to make some hardware changes to hub.opensolaris.org this 
Wednesday afternoon, 08/26 at approximately 2 pm PT. We will send a 
reminder out before it is shut down. The outage should last roughly 1 hour.
