The NTP (Network Time Protocol) Project is now live on
http://www.opensolaris.org/os/project/ntp/
We aim to integrate the current NTPv4 daemon and utilities into Solaris and
improve Solaris timekeeping support (including nanokernel and PPS API).
There's an initial list of work items on the project home page.
Discussions will be held on ntp-discuss at opensolaris.org.
