The X Consolidation OpenSolaris source drop for Nevada build 43

Highlights of the changes in this build are the replacement of most of
the X Extension protocol header files with the corresponding packages
from the X11 modular release, and the integration of many of the fixes
from our Xorg autoconfiguration improvement project, including a couple
specifically improving the Ferrari 4000 laptop configuration.
Not visible in the source drop, but notable in the binary delivery was
the split of SUNWxwplt into separate packages for X clients and servers,
so that installing X client software will no longer force you to also
install the Xsun server. (See bug report 6424854 for details.)
Note that the xscreensaver from the sources in this build was not
delivered to the Nevada WOS build - so the build 43 ISO's will contain
the same SUNWxwsvr packages as build 42. This is due to bug 6442554
discovered during build 43 pre-integration testing.
