Wir schauen uns an diesem Beispiel an, wie SMF-Services aufgebaut sind, wie sie funktionieren, was man alles dabei beachten sollte und welche unerwarteten Wendungen bei der Entwicklung auftreten k?nnen. Zum Schlu? sehen wir, wie man mit einem GUI auf Basis des OpenSolaris Visual Panels Projektes seinen SMF-Service abrunden kann. This time, we'll check out an OpenSolaris ZFS Auto-Scrubbing Service. We'll use this as an example of how to create an SMF service, how such services work, and what to keep in mind as well as what unexpected things can happen while developing such a service. Finally, we'll see how to round up our service with a GUI based on the OpenSolaris Visual Panels project.
