Hi again everyone -

I've gotten a lot of the same questions on IRC or
over email, so I'll try to clarify here.

While you can only see your grant expiration date
from here: http://poll.opensolaris.org/ , you
cannot authenticate your account from that page.

Alternatively, you can view your grant status
from the command line:
wget -q -O - http://poll.opensolaris.org/grants.csv | grep <username>
("30" are core contributor grants, and the date on the end
is the expiry)

You will need to visit another opensolaris page,
http://hub.opensolaris.org/ works well, and do
the authentication procedure from there. (you
can also view your grants here, but not see the
expiration date - there is an RFE filed to correct
that).

If your grant is expired, you will need to seek
renewal from the community that originally sponsored
the grant.

If any of this is not clear, please send email to
ogb-discuss at opensolaris.org.

If you find your account is locked or otherwise
inaccessible, please seek help from website-admin at opensolaris.org.

Thank you,

Valerie
