This months meeting in Adelaide will be a what's new roundup and include:
* First up are lightning talks. These are 5 minute talks on a single
topic. Just come along on the night and talk! You might want to
lead a short discussion on a topic of your choice.
* Then Alex Sims will look at what's new in Oracle Solaris 10/09 and
then what should be new in the OpenSolaris 2010.03 release.
P.S. Please bring about AUD$7.50 for Pizza!
During the meeting we'll distribute the 2009 TShirts, CDs, mini-books
and "Powered by OpenSolaris" stickers (once you've successfully
installed of course :-) ).
There will be an opportunity to bring your OpenSolaris/Solaris issues
and questions to the assembled group (without fee:-), particularly
installation issues. Installation disks will be available at the meeting
(including OpenSolaris 2009.06, 2010.03(release 134) and Solaris 10/09)
so you might want to bring your laptop and install, eat pizza and learn
about OpenSolaris.
The meeting is free and open to the public.
