Since the startup is configurable it will be configurable per zone.  The
default for the zones will be the same as teh default for teh global
zone.

No.  The applet cannot be run in a TX multilabel session as I described
before.
Tracker features will be accessed through the provided stand alone
interface which will run per zone.
