But if you can reference a lofi mount from vfstab then it should be possible to fsck a file-backed UFS filesystem. That might mean changing fsck(1M). OTOH, I think this feature is primarily needed for use with hsfs images, so not being able to fsck UFS lofi mounts without using lofiadm(1M) sounds tolerable to me. Nico --
