To answer concerns some had about virtualized environments... if we
discover that SBpro support is required for any of the common virtual
environments, we'll wind up backing off this. Right now, we believe
that the support we have in audioens, possibly supplemented with some
additional support for other members of the ESS 137x family, will be
adequate.
My team is looking into the virtualization question now... One way or
another we'll have answers for those environments.
I'd like to go ahead and let this case run to timeout. If anyone is not
happy with the answers above, please feel free to request an extension
on the timer.
