This work has not integrated into ON yet. During the course of testing and review, we discovered a small number of changes that were appropriate for this case.
The extent of the changes made are: - introducing the scf_tmpl_pg_target() function as Committed, - making a few minor naming changes to the Private templates repository representation, and - making some minor changes to error codes for the libscf interfaces. I expect these changes do not require a new case, as the function is in-line with other similar functions already introduced by this case, and the other changes are reasonably minor. If this case needs to be re-opened due to these changes, or I need to file a separate fasttrack, please let me know. I've deposited new case materials in the case directory under materials-final. The manpages show non-trivial differences against the original files as clarifications were also made due to review comments. liane
