ok. i can come up with something like this for the best practices doc.
aside from having it reviewed by the zones community, how do i get it
reviewed by the arc and added to the best practices document?
(perhaps just send email to arc-discuss at opensolaris dot org?)

yes please.
i don't think that adding a zones section to the best practices
will be of much help unless people are pointed to it and explicity
told to read it. if it's not being to pedantic, perhaps the following
question could also be included in the 20q:
