Yes.

I am fine making the undocumented /usr/ast/bin built-ins "Project Private"
interfaces.  I don't think anything (external, within Sun, within ON)
should rely on these interfaces.   This project may change them at any time.

And contrary to claims, I am not an expert on interface taxonomy; 
I'm in the process of learning. :-)
