Specifically for the first three of these, much of similar configuration
lives under /etc/security (policy.conf, crypt.conf) in similar
style (VAR=value) files.

Perhaps these should just be moved; but we should also not exclude
SMF; a distinction between what is a service and what not is blurry
at times.
