I made some minor corrections to the jokosher one_pager. Refer to attached diff file. Differences include:
- Refer to the jokosher extensions consistently as "extensions" and not as plugins. - Remove SUNWgnonlin from the exported interface table. This is obviously defined in the separate "LSARC 2009/313 GNonLin" case and was a typo that it was included here.
