Please go back and reread my last statement.  If they use libfstyp, then 
yes, I'll rescind the derailment.   (Or if they figure out another way 
to support ZFS.)  Without ZFS support, the derailment stands, and I'll 
actually vote to deny this case if it comes up for a vote as currently 
specified.
