I'm submitting the move of the GNU grep utilities from /usr/sfw/bin
to /usr/bin (and /usr/gnu/bin) on behalf of Carol Fields.

Because this conforms to the existing precedent established by
2007/047 /usr/gnu, I'm hoping that self-review for a simple and
compatible directory move is sufficient. If folks feel these changes
must be done as a fasttrack, please speak up soon as I've got two more
queued up.

Summary

This project moves GNU grep, egrep, and fgrep from /usr/sfw/bin to
        /usr/bin.

Details

A link is left behind from /usr/sfw/bin/ggrep to /usr/bin/ggrep,
        /usr/sfw/bin/gegrep to /usr/bin/gegrep, and /usr/sfw/bin/gfgrep to
        /usr/bin/gfgrep.
In addition /usr/gnu/bin/grep will be a link to /usr/bin/ggrep,
        /usr/gnu/bin/egrep to /usr/bin/gegrep, and /usr/gnu/bin/fgrep to
        /usr/bin/gfgrep.
The ggrep, gegrep, and gfgrep man pages move from /usr/sfw/share/man
to /usr/share/man, and appropriate links are placed in
        /usr/gnu/share/man.
The grep.info file moves from /usr/sfw/share/info to /usr/share/info.
The grep.po files move from /usr/sfw/lib/locale to /usr/share/locale.
