My only thought here is that the man page has a disparaging comment 
about Perl in the introduction.

While I do not necessarily disagree with the statement, I'm not sure it 
is one that we'd normally like to make in documentation we ship; 
especially given that we also ship Perl.

Can we remove that particular phrase, or perhaps alter it to say 
something about "improved readability compared to other scripting 
languages" or somesuch?  (Actually, the whole paragraph describing Ruby 
probably could be removed.  I don't think man pages are usually the best 
place to evangelize a program. :-)
