GNOME shutdown dialog [LSARC/2008/262 FastTrack timeout 04/23/2008]

Was any consideration given to having only one dialog that covers ALL of 
the operations ?  Like Ubuntu does.

This is particularly interesting if "bound" to the "power" key.
