Proposal:
Add SL8500 library support to MMS.
The following CR is used to track this case:
6814436 RFE: Qualify SL8500 with MMS
Details:
MMS already supports a number of libraries and this is a new library
qualification. The existing mmsadm(1m) CLI is already designed to
have new libraries added via its existing ``hwtype=type'' option.
To support the SL8500 in MMS, we will need to add "SL8500" to the list
of supported hardware types. Every library type supported by MMS has
its own library that contains configuration settings for that specific
library. This change creates one new library for the SL8500.
The updated mmsadm man page will be placed in the case directory and
will specify the SL8500 under the supported hardware types. The
manpage will have this update:
