Well, I slotted it as a library since we are providing jar files which the developers can use to develop server and client applications to manage resources. Also the scripts, wise and mviewer would have detailed documentation at /usr/share/docs/wiseman. Hence mentioned it as such in the manpage. Would that be okay? Have updated the draft with changes on the jar path as you suggested (/usr/share/lib/java). Please find attached updated docs.
