Hi Roger,
It's part of the SFW consolidation, rather than ON:

http://src.opensolaris.org/source/xref/sfw/usr/src/lib/openusb/

There's a project page (http://opensolaris.org/os/project/companion)
which points to

svn+ssh://anon at svn dot opensolaris dot org/svn/companion/core/usr

and the other project page

http://opensolaris.org/os/project/sfwnv

has an Install / Quickstart link
http://opensolaris.org/os/project/sfwnv/Documents/install_quickstart
which says you should download a tarball of the source first.
