I didn't see that as relevant given how the case morphed from a symlink 
to prstat to actually shipping the real top.

I shouldn't have to ask it is required information for an ARC case.

The basic information we would expect from any fast-track case. 
Specifically I want to see the following:

        * Package name
        * Taxonomy of top functionality:
                cli arguments
                package name
        * Install location of top - I assume it is /usr/bin/top but
        this must be explicit
