I think that's good enough for me, actually, because I don't think ICU will break on patch releases, and if it does we're "off the hook" if we claimed Volatile. That's lame, but perhaps the best we can do without dedicating additional resources to handle ICU patches. So, I'm happy now. Thanks, Nico --
