4. Technical Description
LSARC 2008/359 erroneously specified a single package name of SUNWlogrotate,
but the case contains files in /etc and in /usr so we need two packages.
The SUNWlogrotate name will not be used, and the two new package
names are SUNWlogrotateu and SUNWlogrotater.
