Hi Darren/Brian,

If I understand correctly, the Coherence usage of missing GStreamer 
elements won't introduce extra problem so that we don't need to disable 
any Coherence transcoding features, and GStreamer will handle the 
missing elements properly. I agree to keep the transcoding part 
unchanged then.
