4. Technical Description
This case creates some new fault and ereport classes to represent corrupt
firmware and mismatches between firmware and driver revisions.
The new faults are
fault.io.pciex.fw_corrupt
fault.io.pci.fw_corrupt
fault.io.pciex.fw_mismatch
fault.io.pci.fw_mismatch
The new ereports are
ereport.io.device.fw_mismatch
ereport.io.device.fw_corrupt
These event class names are Sun Private and this case seeks a patch binding.
