Is it really necessary to use the "pmtools" name? None of the commands seem to use this name. There are many other things that might eventually be included in a collection of "pm tools", including some we already have (powertop comes to mind), and some that we will want for SPARC as well. It seems a shame to burn the name for such a small specific thing, when it is really an ACPI-specific set of commands. The only place pmtools shows up on the referenced url is in the name of the tar file ... thanks, sarito > Dependencies > ============ > > None > > Interfaces > ========== > > Exported Interfaces Classification Comment > ------------------- -------------- ------------------- > SUNWpmtools Uncommitted Package (i386 only) > > /usr/bin/acpidump Uncommitted Command > /usr/bin/acpixtract Uncommitted Command > /usr/bin/madt Uncommitted Command > > Imported Interfaces Classification Comment > ------------------- -------------- ------------------- > None > > Reference Documents > =================== > > [1] http://lesswatts.org/projects/acpi/utilities.php > > 6.
