A couple of quick issues in case I'm late for the meeting:

Regarding external dependencies: are these using the standard
dependencies approach (/lib?) or contained in modules? (e.g.
java3/modules/ext/). I know the history here is for Netbeans to be
completely self contained (and self-updateable). For my own
edification, is this a well known "exception" product?
