The "viral" nature of the GPL only applies to copying code, it
can't "infect" humans (unless you have a perfect memory and are
likely to retype the code you saw directly into your code base,
effectively copying it). That's off topic for this ARC review
though, so further discussion should move off the PSARC-ext list.
