I did not see the contracts in the sqlite cases.
Are the contracts in process?
SQLite3 is not contracted project private: it's mostly Uncommitted (see
PSARC/2008/120 and subsequent cases). If it were Committed then you
could use it safely. As it's Uncommitted, I think you could use it
without a contract, though having a contract would be better.
