It's almost the only source.  There's some additional information in the
bug database.  Unfortunately, it looks like the category that the bugs
are filed under is not available externally.  Sigh.  I'll file a website
RFE to get that changed.

There's also an internal wiki that has some project-level information
(e.g., test plan and results), but it has no details about the new
structure.

Thinking about this some more, it seems like the overview information
should go in the Developers Guide.  So I'll work on an update for that.

I'll also review the bugs for useful information, either to post in my
blog or to put in the Developers Guide.

I have mixed feelings about publishing the test plan.  On the one hand,
it seems like a good example of the level of testing that we expect.  On
the other hand, I have to wonder if anyone really cares enough to read
it.  What do you think?
