PORT" available on AIX, Linux and some other OS which provide this capability. However Solaris does n't support this option. Googling I could find out that this option is equivalent to using "SO_REUS EADDR" in setsockopt system call for mutlicast addresses. However we don't have multicast address b ut still we need to bind to the same IP:port pair.
