Hi, I just browsed Solaris RDS code. I was surprised to see that the code copies data between user space and kernel. It seems to me that wastes one of the most useful features of Infiniband - RDMA. Is there a reason that RDS can not do zero-copy? How does Solaris RDS implementation compare to Linux implmentation?
