Note that psrinfo doesn't do anything smart here. It just prints whatever 
value of the implementation string is provided in cpu_info kstat. The value 
itself is completely determined by the platform code.

It seems to be a good idea and I don't think that any implementation strings 
are ARCed. They do not constitute an interface.
