I have another atomic_ops question, which may now get lost due to replying to

- Is there a plan to add atomic_cas_128 (or similar) to expose the underlying
cmpxchg16b operation on AMD64? From what I've read this is 'widely' supported
by AMD chips now ... not sure about over in Intel-land but my guess is that
they'd be there as well.
